We live in a time of permanent change and, on this path, we continue to move towards a Ferrer that is more inter-disciplinary, that promotes collaboration and innovation, and that helps us to be more agile and flexible.

And always with a clear focus on people, our lever for change, and on the trust-responsibility dyad.

At Ferrer it is clear to us that work is not the place you go to, but rather the task you perform.

And we believe that the best place to work is where you work best.

And, above all, it is very clear to us that we want everyone to feel good, no matter where they work.

For this reason, in 2021 we took another step forward in our commitment to people and to allowing them to assume responsibility as individuals.

We introduced a flexible work model, based on trust, and on the activity each one of us performs.

That’s what we call Great Work!

After launching this new way of working, we carried out different initiatives with the aim of accompanying people in the best application of the model.

To celebrate our first year of Great Work! we held a round table with a total of 7 people in different roles to take stock and continue to grow together:

Each year at Ferrer, we identify key business and strategic challenges that are vital to our transformative journey and become part of the Transformation Office.

In 2022, 25 such projects were launched, with leaders and inter-departmental teams that worked together to implement them.

In total, 360 people were involved, either as project leaders or as part of the immediate or extended team.

Leading or being part of one of these projects is, in essence, another tool for developing key skills, for example, skills in leadership, influencing, communication or divergent thinking, among many others.

Moreover, this gives Ferrer employees the opportunity to be part of a different project and learn about new business areas or functions in the company.

As we did with the Barcelona Head Offices in 2021, Ferrer’s new spaces continue to focus on people and their wellbeing, because we want to continue responding to people’s needs.

Ferrer Mexico’s new offices promote new ways of working, encouraging flexibility, collaboration between individuals and inter-departmental, innovation and creativity.

The spaces comply with WELL Certification, a recognition that represents our commitment to people’s wellbeing.

Offices that also help us ensure that we maintain a habitable planet, following environmental sustainability criteria, according to LEED certification, in all phases of the project.
