Mobilising our people for a fairer society
In 2022, we reinforced our commitment to creating an activist culture through the launch of the Volunteering Programme, as well as the Volunteering Portal in Spain and Mexico, which will be progressively implemented in the rest of the world.
During the year we have launched different initiatives to get our people involved and mobilised in different social and environmental causes linked to our key strategic areas.

In 2023, the Days for Good was celebrated for the second time
On 5 and 6 October, in a synchronised manner, we organised 40 volunteer activities linked to our social strategy’s four areas of action. Employability, Access to Healthcare, Food and Education.
